EVENT ORGANIZED BY THE JAMOR SWIMMING SCHOOL
Last Saturday, April 30, the Jamor Swimming School held the event ‘Uma Hora no Jamor’. This is a relay event whose objective is to swim uninterruptedly for an hour, naturally winning the team that can cover the longest distance.
THE ROTARY RUN 5K RACE WILL TAKE PLACE AT JAMOR NEXT SATURDAY, APRIL 30
Another edition of the Rotary Run 5k race will take place at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) on the morning of next Saturday, April 30th, starting at 10 am.
ON APRIL 30 WE WILL COMPLETE 5 KM FOR CHILDREN
The 5 km run/walk for the children will take place on April 30, starting at 9:30 am, at the National Stadium.
THE NATIONAL STADIUM WILL HOST THE FINALS OF THE TAÇA DE PORTUGAL PLACARD, LIGA 3, PORTUGAL CHAMPIONSHIP AND THE TAÇA DE PORTUGAL WOMEN'S CUP
Between May and June, the Estádio Nacional, in Jamor, will be the capital of the great decisions of Portuguese football by hosting several finals of various competitions.
THE IBERCUP TOURNAMENT RETURNS TO JAMOR
The Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) will once again host, between the 13th and 16th of April, several of the games of the IberCup Tournament. The IberCup is currently one of the most important World Youth Football Tournaments in the world.
COMPETITION ORGANIZED BY THE PORTUGUESE SWIMMING FEDERATION
This weekend, the Jamor swimming pool complex will host the National Championship of the First Division, a competition organized by the Portuguese Swimming Federation.

PHYSICAL EXERCISE IN JAMOR
The Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) installed 4 poles with an area of fixation for training with elastic bands/tapes, to respond to the growing demand of users who seek our space for the practice of informal physical exercise or technically framed physical exercise (Personal Trainers) with recourse to the use of elastic bands/training tapes.
XCO EVENT AT JAMOR
The “XCO-ACL Opening Event” will take place on the MTB - “XCO” - Olympic Cross Country tracks of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) on Sunday, February 27, between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.
SOLIDARITY ACTION IN JAMOR
FMH ALUMNI (Association of Former Students of INEF-ISEF-FMH) has joined the Portuguese Red Cross and will hold on February 19, 2022, at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), a Solidarity Event with Afghan refugees welcomed in Lisbon . From the 14th to the 19th of February we will receive donations of sports equipment for individual (clothing and footwear) and collective use (balls, rackets, ropes, weights, etc.), at the Jamor Swimming Pool Complex, next to the Secretariat. SWIMMING INTERNATIONAL MEETING AT JAMOR
The Arena Lisbon International Meeting 2022 will take place on February 12 and 13 at the Jamor Swimming Pool Complex, an event organized by the Lisbon Swimming Association. The event will not have an audience on site but will have live streaming and live results available.
QATAR STATE SPORT DAY
As part of the celebrations of the Sports Day of the State of Qatar, the Ambassador of the State of Qatar in Lisbon, Mr. Saad Ali Al Muhannadi, paid a visit to the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), accompanied by several members of the embassy.
AN EVENT ORGANIZED BY SPORTING
The 2022 Cross Country European Champion Clubs' Cup will be hosted by Sporting at Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) on 6 February.
STUDY VISITS TO CDNJ
The Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) frequently organizes study visits to its facilities, particularly aimed at secondary and higher education students. These visits also have the collaboration of CAR Jamor, whose facilities and services are also made known to students.
IMPROVEMENTS IMPLEMENTED IN CDNJ IN 2021
In 2021, the CDNJ once again saw its activities severely affected as a result of the pandemic. However, it was possible to implement a significant set of improvements in various sectors of the sports complex, with the aim of continuously striving for the improvement of the conditions provided to our users, whether those who use the CDNJ for sports or those who practice sports of leisure.

The evaluation of the satisfaction of users of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) (CDNJ), from high performance and federated sports, to those who use our space and our sports facilities for the practice of leisure sport, is an fundamental instrument to improve the quality of our sports facilities and the services we provide.
CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR - SCHEDULE CHANGES
As usual during these festive periods, there will be some changes in the schedules of the different sports facilities at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), during the Christmas and New Year periods.
A WEEKEND OF FREE ACTIVITIES AT JAMOR
On November 27 and 28, from 11:00 am, at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), come try out several free activities, such as boxing, canoeing, inflatables, judo, karts, mini golf, fitness activities, dance or animation, and a lot more.
AUTOMATIC PAYMENT SYSTEM
Payment for the use of the National Stadium athletics track can already be made, at the stadium reception, using an automatic payment system, as is already the case at the Jamor Swimming Pool Complex and at Shooting Range.
TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF THE SWIMMING POOL COMPLEX SECRETARIAT
In order to provide our facilities with better service and reception conditions, we inform you that, from November 15, 2021, the secretariat of the Jamor Swimming Pool Complex will be re-qualified, for a predictable period of 2 weeks.
