THE BIGGEST HARD ROCK AND HEAVY METAL FESTIVAL IN PORTUGAL
The Estádio Nacional will host, between June 30 and July 2, the Festival Voa, the biggest hard rock and heavy metal festival in Portugal After two years of interruption due to the pandemic, the VOA – Heavy Rock Festival returns to Portugal to celebrate its 11th edition on June 30, July 1 and 2, at Estádio Nacional, at Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ).

Today, another anniversary of the National Stadium is celebrated: inaugurated on June 10th, 1944, the most emblematic piece of what we know today as Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) turns 78 today.
GD FONTINHAS AND USC PAREDES MATCH THE FINAL
The Portuguese Championship Final, between GD Fontinhas and USC Paredes, is scheduled for Saturday, June 4, at 17:00, at National Stadium, in Jamor.
THE COLOR RUN RETURNS TO JAMOR ON THE NEXT JUNE 4
A further issue of The Color Run, also known as HAPPIEST 5 K ON THE PLANET, will be held at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) next Saturday, June 4th.
AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATION REGARDING STREET VENDING AT CDNJ
On the recommendation of the Portuguese Football Federation and the Public Security Police, an amendment was introduced to the Regulation on street vending at the CDNJ: from next year, street vending must cease its activity after the kick-off of the games.

SPORTING CP AND FC FAMALICÃO MATCH THE FINAL SATURDAY, MAY 28 SATURDAY
The final of the Portugal Cup Women's, the game Sporting CP vs. FC Famalicão, will take place at Estádio Nacional on Saturday, May 28. David Carreira and Nenny will perform live before the grand finale of the queen cup.

The regulation on street vending at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) has already been published for the finals of the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF) competitions that will take place at Jamor between May 14 and June 5.
TORREENSE AND UD OLIVEIRENSE DISCUSS LEAGUE 3 TITLE

EVENT ORGANIZED BY THE JAMOR SWIMMING SCHOOL
Last Saturday, April 30, the Jamor Swimming School held the event ‘Uma Hora no Jamor’. This is a relay event whose objective is to swim uninterruptedly for an hour, naturally winning the team that can cover the longest distance.
THE ROTARY RUN 5K RACE WILL TAKE PLACE AT JAMOR NEXT SATURDAY, APRIL 30
Another edition of the Rotary Run 5k race will take place at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) on the morning of next Saturday, April 30th, starting at 10 am.
ON APRIL 30 WE WILL COMPLETE 5 KM FOR CHILDREN
The 5 km run/walk for the children will take place on April 30, starting at 9:30 am, at the National Stadium.

Between May and June, the Estádio Nacional, in Jamor, will be the capital of the great decisions of Portuguese football by hosting several finals of various competitions.
THE IBERCUP TOURNAMENT RETURNS TO JAMOR
The Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) will once again host, between the 13th and 16th of April, several of the games of the IberCup Tournament. The IberCup is currently one of the most important World Youth Football Tournaments in the world.
COMPETITION ORGANIZED BY THE PORTUGUESE SWIMMING FEDERATION
This weekend, the Jamor swimming pool complex will host the National Championship of the First Division, a competition organized by the Portuguese Swimming Federation.

The Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) installed 4 poles with an area of fixation for training with elastic bands/tapes, to respond to the growing demand of users who seek our space for the practice of informal physical exercise or technically framed physical exercise (Personal Trainers) with recourse to the use of elastic bands/training tapes.
XCO EVENT AT JAMOR
The “XCO-ACL Opening Event” will take place on the MTB - “XCO” - Olympic Cross Country tracks of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) on Sunday, February 27, between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.
SOLIDARITY ACTION IN JAMOR
FMH ALUMNI (Association of Former Students of INEF-ISEF-FMH) has joined the Portuguese Red Cross and will hold on February 19, 2022, at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), a Solidarity Event with Afghan refugees welcomed in Lisbon . From the 14th to the 19th of February we will receive donations of sports equipment for individual (clothing and footwear) and collective use (balls, rackets, ropes, weights, etc.), at the Jamor Swimming Pool Complex, next to the Secretariat.
