COLLABORATE WITH THE CENTRO DESPORTIVO NACIONAL DO JAMOR (CDNJ) BY FILLING OUR SATISFACTION SURVEY
The evaluation of the satisfaction of users of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) (CDNJ), from high performance and federated sports, to those who use our space and our sports facilities for the practice of leisure sport, is an fundamental instrument to improve the quality of our sports facilities and the services we provide.
CDNJ WILL RECEIVE THE 2nd EDITION OF THE CROSS DO JAMOR
With the support of the Oeiras Municipality, the Lisbon Athletics Association and the Portuguese Institute of Sport and Youth, IP, the Cross do Jamor will take place on January 18th, from 2:30 pm, at the cross-country track of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor, taking place at the same time the Lisbon Short Cross-Country Championship.
ONGOING AND CONCLUDED INTERVENTIONS IN THE CDNJ
In the year in which the National Stadium celebrated its 75 years of existence, several important interventions were planned for the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), with a view to improving the conditions of this sports complex.
FPA WILL HOLD THE CNE 2020 AT JAMOR NEXT SATURDAY
The Portuguese Athletics Federation organizes the National Road Championship 2020 next Saturday, January 11, at 2.30 pm, departing and arriving at the National Stadium of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ).
CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR - SCHEDULE CHANGES
As is usual in these holiday periods, there will be some changes in the schedules of the different sports facilities of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), during the Christmas and New Year periods.
THE INTERPRETIVE CENTER OF JAMOR WAS INAUGURATED IN THE SWIMMING POOL COMPLEX
At a ceremony attended by the Secretary of State for Youth and Sports, Dr. João Paulo Rebelo, the Interpretive Center of Jamor was inaugurated in the lobby of the Jamor Swimming Complex of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ).
INTERPRETIVE CENTER OF JAMOR WILL BE INAUGURATED NEXT DECEMBER 17
The Instituto Português do Desporto e Juventude, I.P. opens on December 17, at 4:30 pm, the Interpretive Center of Jamor, which will be installed in the Jamor Swimming Pool Complex.
CDNJ WILL RECEIVE NEXT SUNDAY 17 NOVEMBER THE 10TH EDITION OF THIS EVENT
It will be held next Sunday, November 17, the 10th edition of the Corre Jamor Tecnitel race, event organized by the Oeiras Olympic Club.
A ESCOLA DE NATAÇÃO DO JAMOR ORGANIZA MAIS UMA HORA DO JAMOR EM 23 DE NOVEMBRO
The Jamor Swimming School once again organizes the HORA DO JAMOR event on Saturday, November 23rd, at the Jamor Swimming Pool Complex. HORA DO JAMOR is a swimming competition event in which each team swims for 1 hour.
BIODIVERSITY IN JAMOR
On October 27, the first BioBlitz of Oeiras was held at no Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ). This event, organized by the Municipality of Oeiras, consisted of finding, identifying and registering through the Biodiversity4All platform, the largest possible number of species in a short time.
THE JAMOR TENNIS COMPLEX WILL RECEIVE THE NATIONAL JOURNEY OF THE NATIONAL TALENT DETECTION PROGRAM
Organized by the Portuguese Tennis Federation (FPT), the National Day of the National Talent Detection Program will take place at the Jamor Tennis Complex on 26 and 27 October. This activity is intended for athletes who are trained in the DETECTION and CONTROL phases of their respective zones.

Portugal play Croatia next Saturday, October 12, at the Jamor Swimming Pool Complex in the first game of the Budapest 2020 women's European playoff.
A TRIBUTE TO THE FIRST PORTUGUESE JUDO WORLD CHAMPION
At a ceremony attended by the Secretary of State for Youth and Sport, Dr. João Paulo Rebelo, and the President of the Portuguese Institute of Sport and Youth, Dr. Vitor Pataco, the judoka Jorge Fonseca, the 1st. º Portuguese World Champion in this sport was honored today at CAR Jamor.
#BeActive - EUROPEAN SPORT WEEK
This year, the Escola de Natação do Jamor joins #BeActive at European Sports Week and invites all users, family and friends (over 14 years old) to participate in a very fluorescent Water aerobics Mega Class on 28 September, Saturday at 20h00.
THE “NATIONAL STADIUM: HONOR STADIUM, CENTRAL TENNIS COURT, ATTACHED BUILDINGS AND THE WOODS INTEGRATED IN THE CDNJ” IS ONGOING
The classification procedure of the 'National Stadium: Honor Stadium, central tennis court, annex buildings and woods, integrated in the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor, and the establishment of the respective special interim protection zone (ZEPP) is in progress in Cruz Quebrada, União das Freguesias de Algés, Linda-a-Velha e Cruz Quebrada-Dafundo, municipality of Oeiras, district of Lisbon.
JAMOR RIVER CLEANING WORKS
As part of the works of the Eixo Verde e Azul (Green and Blue Axis), there are plans to clean the banks of the Jamor River, in the area of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), with subsequent recovery through sowing and planting trees and shrubs characteristic of the riparian zones.
RENOVATION OF THE ATHLETICS TRACK NATIONAL STADIUM
The renovation of the number 1 athletics track at the National Stadium is now underway. As a result of this intervention, the track will be closed between August 28 and October 30, 2019.
THE OCR POLICE CHALLENGE OEIRAS 2019 WILL BE HELD IN JAMOR ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 8
The OCR Police Challenge Oeiras 2019 will be held at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) next Sunday, September 8, between 09h00 and 14h00.
IT WILL BE CELEBRATED NEXT AUGUST 12 AT JAMOR ONE MORE INTERNATIONAL YOUTH DAY
This year, the official celebrations of the International Youth Day, which is celebrated on August 12, will be held at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ). To commemorate International Youth Day, several free activities will be held at the CDNJ next monday.
