SWIMMING INTERNATIONAL MEETING AT JAMOR
The Arena Lisbon International Meeting 2022 will take place on February 12 and 13 at the Jamor Swimming Pool Complex, an event organized by the Lisbon Swimming Association. The event will not have an audience on site but will have live streaming and live results available.
QATAR STATE SPORT DAY
As part of the celebrations of the Sports Day of the State of Qatar, the Ambassador of the State of Qatar in Lisbon, Mr. Saad Ali Al Muhannadi, paid a visit to the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), accompanied by several members of the embassy.
AN EVENT ORGANIZED BY SPORTING
The 2022 Cross Country European Champion Clubs' Cup will be hosted by Sporting at Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) on 6 February.
STUDY VISITS TO CDNJ
The Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) frequently organizes study visits to its facilities, particularly aimed at secondary and higher education students. These visits also have the collaboration of CAR Jamor, whose facilities and services are also made known to students.
IMPROVEMENTS IMPLEMENTED IN CDNJ IN 2021
In 2021, the CDNJ once again saw its activities severely affected as a result of the pandemic. However, it was possible to implement a significant set of improvements in various sectors of the sports complex, with the aim of continuously striving for the improvement of the conditions provided to our users, whether those who use the CDNJ for sports or those who practice sports of leisure.
COLLABORATE WITH THE CENTRO DESPORTIVO NACIONAL DO JAMOR (CDNJ) BY FILLING OUR SATISFACTION SURVEY
The evaluation of the satisfaction of users of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) (CDNJ), from high performance and federated sports, to those who use our space and our sports facilities for the practice of leisure sport, is an fundamental instrument to improve the quality of our sports facilities and the services we provide.
CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR - SCHEDULE CHANGES
As usual during these festive periods, there will be some changes in the schedules of the different sports facilities at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), during the Christmas and New Year periods.
A WEEKEND OF FREE ACTIVITIES AT JAMOR
On November 27 and 28, from 11:00 am, at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), come try out several free activities, such as boxing, canoeing, inflatables, judo, karts, mini golf, fitness activities, dance or animation, and a lot more.
AUTOMATIC PAYMENT SYSTEM
Payment for the use of the National Stadium athletics track can already be made, at the stadium reception, using an automatic payment system, as is already the case at the Jamor Swimming Pool Complex and at Shooting Range.
TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF THE SWIMMING POOL COMPLEX SECRETARIAT
In order to provide our facilities with better service and reception conditions, we inform you that, from November 15, 2021, the secretariat of the Jamor Swimming Pool Complex will be re-qualified, for a predictable period of 2 weeks.
SUMMARY OF INTERVENTIONS CARRIED OUT IN THE LAST 10 YEARS
The Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) attaches particular importance to the preservation of its arboreal patrimony. It is important to inform about the strategy that we implement for this purpose.
COMMON PUBLIC TENDER PROCEDURE FOR OCCUPATION OF A JOB - MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
A common competitive procedure is now open for filling a career job post and higher technician category, in the form of employment contract in public functions for an indefinite period, in accordance with the requirements has been launched.
REQUALIFICATION OF THE CDNJ SHOOTING RANGE PARKING PARK
The CDNJ's Shooting Range car park will be subject to requalification with the aim of enabling better use and profitability of this installation through the recovery of the existing space.
COMPLETION OF THE INTERVENTION FOR THE REQUALIFICATION OF THE TURF
The intervention for the requalification of the Estádio Nacional turf is completed. Football returns to Jamor next Sunday.
ARCHITECTURE EXHIBITION AT CDNJ
The Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) hosts the collective exhibition «Lisbon 2020 - Works by finalists of the Integrated Master in Architecture at ISCTE-IUL» The inauguration took place in the Tribuna de Honra of the National Stadium and was attended by the President of the IPDJ, Vítor Pataco and the Vice-Rector of ISCTE, Bernardo Miranda.
CHANGE OF ACCESS TO PAN AND MINIGOLFE'S RECEPTION AND CHANGING ROOMS
As of October 11, 2021, due to the requalification intervention to be carried out in this space, the service desk for the practice of Canoeing and Minigolf activities will temporarily function in the former bar/restaurant of this building.
REOPENING OF ATHLETICS TRACK no. 1
The track no. 1, at the National Stadium, will be available again from October 11.
PROCEDURE FOR ACTIVATING INSURANCE IN CASE OF ACCIDENT
The Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) has a personal injury insurance that can be activated in the event of an accident related to amateur sports.

Saturday, the 25th of September 2021, the #BEACTIVEemFAMÍLIA day will be celebrated, whose objective is to promote physical and sporting activity in the family and encourage participation in them in safety. During this day, several events will also be developed as part of #BEACTIVE NIGHT, a flagship activity of the European Week of Sport and which will be held throughout Europe.
FREE SPORTS ACTIVITIES AT JAMOR
As part of the commemoration of the European Sport Week, which runs from 23 to 30 September, the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) joins the initiative by promoting during the period in question various sporting activities, with various partners of the Jamor for All Program.
