Know the rules for the use of the facilities of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) by the athletes enrolled in the Programa Nacional de Marcha e Corrida (PNMC) (National Program of March and Race) in force as of September 1, 2018.
OPEN DE PORTUGAL | CAMPEONATO ABSOLUTO PORTUGAL | CAMPEONATO NACIONAL JUVENIS
On the 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29 of July (from Wednesday to Sunday) the Swimming Pools Complex of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) will host 3 swimming competitions: the Open de Portugal | Campeonato Absoluto Portugal | Campeonato Nacional Juvenis. Due to these competitions there will be some changes to the regular activities of the Pool Complex.
COME TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COLOR RUN AT JAMOR ON JULY 7
A further issue of The Color Run, also known as HAPPIEST 5 K ON THE PLANET, will be held at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) next July 7th. The Color Run is a unique race that celebrates happiness, health and individuality.
YOUTH FOOTBALL WORLD TOURNAMENT BETWEEN 2 AND 6 JULY
Between July 2 and July 6, several of the games of the 2018 edition of the IberCup Tournament will be played at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ). The IberCup Tournament is currently one of the most important youth world football tournaments in the world.
ESCOLA DE NATAÇÃO DO JAMOR – INFORMATION ON THE RENEWAL AND ENROLLMENT PROCESS FOR 2018/2019
The Escola de Natação do Jamor (Jamor’s Swimming School) is preparing to move to the 2018/2019 season. The information concerning the period of Renewal and Registration for the next season and the respective procedures are already available.
SC FARENSE AND CD MAFRA PLAY TODAY THE FINAL AT JAMOR, ON THE DAY THE NATIONAL STADIUM CELEBRATES ITS 74TH ANNIVERSARY
SC Farense and CD Mafra have both already been promoted to Ledman Liga Pro in the semi-finals of the Campeonato de Portugal playoff, and will play today at Jamor the final of this competition, on the day the National Stadium celebrates its 74th anniversary. The game starts at 5:00 p.m. and the opening of the stadium doors takes place at 3:00 p.m.

On June 10, the 74 anniversary of the National Stadium will be celebrated and this will be promoted through the concept Jamor em Festa.
ON JUNE 9 ALL THE ROADS WILL LEED TO JAMOR FOR THE III JAMOR SWIMMING SCHOOL AQUATLO, AN EVENT THAT WILL BE OPEN TO EVERYONE
On June 9, at 3:30 p.m., the event will be open to everyone who want to participate, consisting of a swimming and a running segment. The swimming course will take place in the Complexo de Piscinas do Jamor and the race, carried out in the nearby, will have a path mainly flat, counting only with a small ascent.

The Sociedade Portuguesa de Pneumologia (SPP) (Portuguese Society of Pulmonology) will organize at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), on May 27th, starting at 9:30, a sports event called “Corrida do Pulmão e Caminhada da SPP"

Find out the best way to get to the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) for the feast of the Portuguese Cup final 2017/2018. The game is already next Sunday, May 20th, and the opening of doors is scheduled for 2:45 pm. The game, which puts face to face CD Aves and Sporting CP, will start at 5:15 pm, but the party traditionally begins long before.

WALL CLIMBING AT JAMOR FROM MAY 5 WITH THE FCMP
The activities in the Artificial Climbing Structure of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) will begin on May 5 (Saturday).These activities will be framed by technicians accredited by the Federação de Campismo e Montanhismo de Portugal (FCMP) and will be free for the users.

PRACTICE ATHLETICS AT THE CENTRO DESPORTIVO NACIONAL DO JAMOR (CDNJ)
The 'Jamor Athletics' initiative will be held at the CAR-Jamor’s (Jamor’s High Performance Center) Athletics Track at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) (Jamor National Sports Center). This activity, which takes place in five different moments between February and June, is organized by the Athletics Academy of Sporting Clube de Portugal with the institutional support of the Instituto Português do Desporto e Juventude, IP (IPDJ, IP) (Portuguese Institute of Sport and Youth).
