ALTERATION OF THE RULES RELATING THE USE OF THE SPORTS FACILITIES OF THE CDNJ
As of April 15, changes will be implemented regarding the access to the sports facilities of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) by the members enrolled in the Programa Nacional de Marcha e Corrida (PNMC).
CROSS OLYMPIC COUNTRY AT JAMOR ON APRIL 8
On 8 April, at 9 am, at the XCO track of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), it will a race take place of the Portuguese Cup XCO # 2 - Cross Country Olympic, organized by the Portuguese Cycling Federation.
PREPARATION WORKSHOP
A preparation workshop for the 7th TAFISA World Sport for All Games 2020 was held at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) on March 27 and 28, a major sporting event to be held in Lisbon and Jamor in 2020 between September 23 and 30 September.
YOUTH FOOTBALL WORLD TOURNAMENT BETWEEN MARCH 27 - 31
Several of the games of the 2018 edition of the IBERCUP TOURNAMENT will be played at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) between March 27th and March 31st. The IberCup Tournament is currently one of the most important world youth soccer tournaments in the world.
INTERRUPTIONS OF ACTIVITIES IN THE EASTER PERIOD
As usual during the Easter period, there will be some changes to the hours of operation of the Complexo de Piscinas do Jamor (Jamor’s Swimming Pool Complex) between March 30 and April 1. The Nautical Activities Track will also be closed on Easter Day Please see the changes in question here.

CAR-Jamor, a High Performance Center based at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), is a structure of excellence, designed to meet the needs of preparing high-performance athletes, national teams and young athletes in a development process. We now offer a new promotional film that helps to show the different services offered by CAR-Jamor to the national high performance athletes.
RACE / WALK IN JAMOR
The second edition of the ROTARY RUN 5 KM will be held next Sunday, March 18, at 10:00 am, at the National Stadium of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ). As in the first edition, last year, it is a non-competitive, non-profit race / walk of 5 km, which has the support of the CDNJ.
GAELIC FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT AND DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES TO CELEBRATE THE IRISH NATIONAL HOLIDAY ON MARCH 17
Next Saturday, March 17, an event organized by GAA Portugal (Portuguese Gaelic Athletic Association) will be held in the fields of the Jamor’s Urban Park, at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), to celebrate St. Patrick's Day, a national holiday in Ireland. In addition to a small Gaelic Football tournament, several family activities will be held.

The CAR-Jamor’s Athletics Training Center, at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), will host a Sports Innovation Show on March 12, with the participation of dozens of universities, companies and sports entities, framed at the Public Presentation ceremony of the Tokyo 2020 and Olympic Preparation Programs, chaired by the Prime Minister, Dr. António Costa. RESTRICTIONS TO THE TRANSIT AT JAMOR
The Maratona Clube de Portugal, with the collaboration of the municipalities of Oeiras and Lisbon and of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), will hold on March 10, 2018, at9:30 another edition of the Vitalis 7K Jamor – Lisbon. This event will cause some constraints to the traffic in Jamor, on Saturday morning.
NEW OPTION FOR PAYMENTS IN THE JAMOR’S SWIMMING POOLS COMPLEX
In pursuit of a higher quality service to our users and due to the Simplex+ program, the Jamor Swimming Pools Complex has, as of March 7, two new Digital Kiosks in order to expand the payment options of monthly payments of the classes of the Escola de Natação do Jamor (Jamor’s Swimming Scholl) and to load the user cards for the modality of Free Use.
CONCLUSION OF THE RECOVERY WORK ON THE ROOF OF THE INDOOR TENNIS COURTS
In the result of a partnership between the Instituto Português do Desporto e Juventude, IP (Portuguese Institute of Sports and Youth) and the Federação Portuguesa de Ténis (FPT) (Portuguese Tennis Federation), works were carried out to recover the roof of the indoor tennis courts' of the Tennis Training Center at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ). With the completion of the works, this sports facility resumes today its normal hours of operation.
INTERRUPTION OF SOME ACTIVITIES BETWEEN 26 AND 28 FEBRUARY
Improvement works will be made to improve the shooting range of Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), in order to improve the shooting ranges of 50M and 10M, so next week there will be some interruptions of the activities in these sports facilities.
REORGANIZATION OF THE SCHEDULES FOR ACTIVITIES AT THE NATIONAL STADIUM'S ATHLETICS TRACK
The activities will be interrupted this week in Athletics Track No. 2 at CAR-Jamor’s Athletics Training Center, since the track will be subject to an intervention to replace its pavement. For this reason, it was necessary to change the schedules for the use of athletics track number 1, at the National Stadium.
INTERRUPTION OF ACTIVITIES IN THE COMPLEXO DE PISCINAS DO JAMOR
On March 3 (Saturday), at 3:00 p.m., the Complexo de Piscinas do Jamor will be hosting a Play-Off game of the European Women's Water Polo Championship, in which Portugal will face Israel. For this reason, on March 2 and 3 (Friday and Saturday) there will be some interruptions of activities at the Complexo de Piscinas do Jamor.
RUN ON THE NATIONAL STADIUM TRACK NEXT DAY 1 OF MARCH
Challenge 3000 Oz Energia is a co-organization of the Portuguese Athletics Federation, with the Centro de Marcha e Corrida do Jamor and the National Sports Center of Jamor (CDNJ), an event that will be held on March 1st, at 6pm in the athletics track of the National Stadium.
COME WALK IN JAMOR TO CELEBRATE THE INTERNATIONAL DAY OF THE COCHLEAR IMPLANT
On 25 February, the International Day of the Cochlear Implant will be celebrated with a walk in the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), which will take place between 10 AM and 11 AM and will be organized by the Auditory Rehabilitation Team of the Dona Estefânia’s Hospital. INTERRUPTION OF THE SWIMMING SCHOOL ACTIVITIES
On February Saturday 10 and 11 (Saturday and Sunday) the Complexo de Piscinas do Jamor (Jamor Pool Complex) of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) (Jamor National Sports Center) will host the Meeting Internacional de Lisboa, an event promoted by the (Lisbon Swimming Association). Due to this event, the activities of the Escola de Natação do Jamor will be interrupted.
NEXT SATURDAY JANUARY 13 ON THE CDNJ - ANOTHER EDITION OF THE CORRIDA ALLIANZ COM OS CAMPEÕES
The Corrida Allianz com os Campeões is scheduled for 3:00 pm on January 13, with departure and finish at the National Stadium in Oeiras. There are 10 km of exciting road racing, with the certificate of the Portuguese Athletics Federation. This event is organized in partnership with the Municipality of Oeiras and the Centro Nacional Desportivo do Jamor (CDNJ). This event will cause some changes to the traffic in the CDNJ space on Saturday afternoon.
