THE DOORS OF THE NATIONAL STADIUM WERE OPEN 75 YEARS AGO
75 years ago, the doors of the National Stadium opened for the first time. On June 10, 1944, in a ceremony that had 60,000 spectators and with the presence of the highest figures of the State, there began the story of what is still today the largest national sports complex. THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR YOUTH AND SPORTS ANNOUNCES GOVERNMENT'S INTENTION TO KEEP INVESTMENT IN JAMOR
The Secretary of State for Youth and Sports, João Paulo Rebelo, announced the intention of the Government to continue the investment in Jamor and to work on the theme of the 75th anniversary of the National Stadium.

Today, June 6, at 4:00 p.m., the Secretary of State for Youth and Sports, João Paulo Rebelo, will mark the 75th anniversary of the inauguration of the National Stadium in the stadium’s Honor Tribune.
THE FIRST EDITION OF THE LYNX RACE WILL BE HELD AT JAMOR NEXT JUNE 2
The LYNX RACE is an obstacle course (OCR) and will take place next Sunday, June 2, 2019, at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ). Athletes will be tested at two distances (10k and 5k) and will be invited to run, jump, crawl, pull and climb in a competition that will require stamina, concentration and resilience.

Integrated in the commemorations of the Jamor’s 75th anniversary, the IV Aquatlo of the Jamor’s Swimming School will be held next June 1st, with the special support of the Portuguese Swimming Federation and the Triathlon Federation of Portugal.

The 1st Contest of Fauna and Flora Photography of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor is a contest organized by the Associação Vamos Salvar o Jamor (AVSJ) (AVSJ) with the collaboration of the Instituto Português da Juventude e do Desporto (IPDJ) and the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) and is intended for students of the School Groups of the Jamor area.

The Regulation on the itinerant trading in the space of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) during the women's and men's finals of the Portuguese Cup, which will take place on 18 and 25 May respectively, has already been published.
OFFICIAL PRESENTATION OF THE LYNXRACE
The LYNXRACE Oeiras 2019, the most exciting sports adventure of the year, will be presented to the public on Saturday, April 13, at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), between 11am and 2pm. The presentation is divided in two parts: training with obstacles and press conference. Both times happen on the lawn in front of the climbing wall of Jamor.
THE LARGEST YOUTH FOOTBALL EVENT WILL BE HELD AGAIN AT JAMOR
A further edition of IberCup Cascais will take place between 15 and 18 April. Several of the games of this major youth football tournament will be played at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ).
THE CDNJ LAUNCHES THE PROJECT "JAMOR PARA TODOS / JAMOR FOR ALL", TO BE INTEGRATED IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE NATIONAL PROGRAM OF SPORT FOR ALL
With the objective of systematically giving the users of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) access to a wide range of activities with adequate technical framework and attractive spaces and equipment, the project was launched "Jamor para Todos / Jamor for All", to be included in the framework of the National Program of Sport for All.
CAMPEONATO NACIONAL DE CLUBES – 1.ª DIVISÃO
The National Club Championship - 1st division, promoted by the Portuguese Swimming Federation, will take place at the Complexo de Piscinas do Jamor on 13 and 14 April (Saturday and Sunday).
