«JAMOR PARA TODOS / JAMOR FOR ALL»
With the objective of giving to the users of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) access to a wide range of activities with adequate technical framework and to spaces and equipment of quality and attractiveness, the project «Jamor para Todos / Jamor for All» was launched, included in scope of the commemorations of the 75th anniversary of the National Stadium.
This project is based on four main vectors, three of them directed to users and one directed at collective entities, favoring the opening of the CDNJ to the surrounding community:
1. Technically framed activities open to all users;
2. Free use spaces and equipment;
3. Events open to all participants;
4. PAALCO Jamor - Project to Support Local Associations of the Municipality of Oeiras, which aims to provide space and support for activities and events predominantly in the open air, developed by associations, clubs and local communities in the CDNJ space that promote various actions awareness and information of the activities that these entities develop among the population of all age groups, especially in a context of healthy habits and lifestyles.
Project «Jamor para Todos / Jamor for All»

The «Jamor para Todos / Jamor for All» project is an instrument for promoting sports and healthy lifestyles, contributing to the health, quality of life and well-being of its users.
To whom it is intended:
The «Jamor para Todos / Jamor for All» project is intended for all users who attend the facilities of the CDNJ regardless of their age, gender, level of practice and pace of practice.
When it takes place:
The «Jamor para Todos / Jamor for All» project takes place every day of the week, and the user must choose the sports facility, action or event available at the time of his visit to the CDNJ.
Where does it take place:
The «Jamor para Todos / Jamor for All» project takes place in several facilities of the CDNJ, and the user should consult the map of facilities and access available.
