HORA DO JAMOR 2018
Next Saturday, November 17th, will be held at Complexo de Piscinas do Jamor do Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) another edition of the event 'Hora do Jamor', organized by the Escola de Natação - Jamor.
In this event, several teams will swim for one hour in the Olympic pool, winning the one that can swim the longest distance!
Program:
1st HORA DO JAMOR
- 3:15 pm: Secretariat / Swimmer Reception
- 3:20 pm: Heating
- 4:00 p.m.: Proof
2nd HORA DO JAMOR
- 4:15 pm: Secretariat / Swimmer Reception
- 16h30: Heating
- 5:10 pm: Proof
Notes:
- This activity is intended for users who belong to the classes of adults of the Escola de Natação - Jamor and to invited entities.
- On Saturday, lessons in the Olympic pool will be canceled as of 3:20 pm and free use will be canceled as of 16:00.
