PROGRAMA NACIONAL DE MARCHA E CORRIDA (PNMC)
The rules for the use of the facilities of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) by the athletes enrolled in the Programa Nacional de Marcha e Corrida (PNMC) (National Program of March and Race) will be the following, as of September 1st, 2018:
1 - Access and free use * of the dressing rooms in the National Stadium during the hours of operation and availability of this facility;
2 - Access and individual use * of the synthetic track of National Stadium from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and from 12:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. according to the availability of this facility;
In the afternoon from Monday to Thursday, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., the timetable for carrying out the technically framed activities of the Centro de Marcha e Corrida do Jamor must be respected.
On Sundays the use of the track in the scope of the PNMC is prohibited;
3 - The use of said track outside the aforementioned hours will be carried out in accordance with the access rules and rates of the National Stadium.
* The access and free and individualized use of both the dressing rooms and the track by members enrolled in the PNMC - in both situations outside the framework and activities promoted by the team of Technicians of the Centro de Marcha e Corrida do Jamor - requires that these members are referenced and have a minimum attendance of 2 monthly attendance in the activities of CMC Jamor.
It is the responsibility of the CMC of Jamor to schedule the interviews and registration of participations and their subsequent communication to the services of the CDNJ.
