PROGRAMA NACIONAL DE MARCHA E CORRIDA - PNMC
We inform all members enrolled in the Programa Nacional de Marcha e Corrida (PNMC) that access to the sports facilities of the do Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) will undergo a set of changes related to its use, changes that will be implemented starting next April 15th.
The activities of the PNMC will now be developed on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 18:30 to 21:30 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 13:00.
The meeting place on weekdays will be the National Stadium and on Saturdays the meeting place will be the Jamor Pool Complex.
The sessions of Monday and Wednesday will be framed by the technician Carlos Freitas and on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays by technicians Sandra Teixeira, Olga Serbyn, Bruno Rodrigues and Carlos Freitas;
The use of the facilities of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) by the members enrolled in the PNMC at the present time (valid until August 31st) will not be altered as regards the use of the dressing rooms (next to the Athletics Training Center and at the National Stadium).
The use of the athletics track at the National Stadium by the members enrolled in the PNMC will be limited to the days and times in which the activities guided by the technical team of the PNMC are planned (in the days and hours mentioned above). This alteration shall take effect on April 15th.
From September 1st, 2018 (beginning of the new season), the access of the members enrolled in the PNMC, the use of both the dressing rooms and other sports facilities of the CNDJ will be limited to the days and hours of the activities of the Centro de Marcha e Corrida do Jamor.
The use of facilities (dressing rooms and athletics track) by members enrolled in the PNMC that occurs outside the periods foreseen for the activities of the PNMC will imply the payment of fees, individually, according to the rates of the CDNJ (defined in the by-law no. 3208/2013, of February 28).
