POSTS WITH ANCHORAGE ZONE FOR TRAINING WITH ELASTIC / RIBBONS

The Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) installed 4 poles with an area of fixation for training with elastic bands/tapes, to respond to the growing demand of users who seek our space for the practice of informal physical exercise or technically framed physical exercise (Personal Trainers) with recourse to the use of elastic bands/training tapes.

With this first phase of installing poles, it is intended to promote the use of the aforementioned equipment in place of the placement of the aforementioned training elastics in trees or fences, which damages them.

The places where these first units can be found are located along the Eixo Verde Azul and next to the Play and Recreation Area, and are marked on the map:
