CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE INSTALLATIONS OF THE CENTRO DESPORTIVO NACIONAL DO JAMOR (CDNJ) AND CAR Jamor
Following the evaluation of the conditions of use of the facilities of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), the IPDJ awaits the opinion of the General Directorate of Health (DGS) regarding measures to minimize the health risks of athletes and coaches who are able to use the sports facilities at CDNJ and CAR Jamor.
USE OF THE CDNJ’s FACILITIES
The Instituto Português do Desporto e Juventude, I.P. is evaluating the conditions under which athletes and coaches can use the facilities of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), minimizing their health risks.
SUSPENSÃO DE ATIVIDADES NO CDNJ E CAR JAMOR
All sports facilities at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), including CAR Jamor, will be closed from next Monday, March 16.
THE ACTIVITIES JAMOR SWIMMING SCHOOL HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED FROM 12:00 AM ON MARCH 13
Following the epidemiological evolution of the new Coronavirus (Covid-19), we inform that the activities of the Jamor Swimming School are suspended from 12:00 today (March 13), until further indications.
IN THIS PHASE, THE CONTACTS VIA E-MAIL IS THE BEST OPTION
A malfunction has led to great difficulties in establishing contacts via telephone with the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ). The problem is identified, but there is still no forecast for its resolution. Therefore, contact via e-mail should be privileged.
SWIMMING FESTIVAL
On March 22, Sunday afternoon, the Swimming School will hold another edition of the Swimming Festival. In a single event there will be Pure Swimming tests (children) and Adapted Swimming tests (absolute) with students from our Swimming School and invited clubs!
THE DANGERS OF FEEDING DUCKS WITH BREAD
Please do not feed the ducks with bread: it can not only harm the health of ducks, it is bad for the environment! A diet rich in bread, particularly white bread, can cause diseases and deformations in waterfowl and leads to an increase in the amount of algae and bacteria, adversely affecting water quality and damaging the entire ecosystem. Help protect the ecosystem at Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamorand do not feed the ducks on the Nautical Activity Track!
BOTH SYNTHETIC FOOTBALL AND HOCKEY PITCHES NOW WITH LED LIGHTING
The intervention carried out to provide the synthetic football Pitch with artificial lighting is now concluded. The lighting of the hockey pitch was also improved, using Led technology.
ACCESSES AND PARKING IN CDNJ - PORTUGUESE FOOTBALL LEAGUE
The Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) informs all spectators of the Football League and League Cup games that wish to park their vehicles in the vicinity of the National Stadium, which should do so using the following accesses and car parks, depending on the access doors allocated to the tickets purchased.
JAMOR WILL ONCE MORE HOST THE LISBON'S INTERNATIONAL MEETING
The 2020 edition of the International Meeting of Lisbon will take place on the 8th and 9th of February, at the Swimming Pool Complex of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ). This international pure swimming competition is an event promoted by the pela Associação de Natação de Lisboa.
DO YOU KNOW THE PAALCO JAMOR PROJECT?
The Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), from the perspective of involvement and support to the community, created PAALCO Jamor, a program designed to support activities developed by associations and non-profit clubs in the Municipality of Oeiras, aiming at carrying out free outdoor activities developed by associations and local clubs in the CDNJ space, which promote various actions of awareness and environmental education and the cultural and natural heritage, involving the population of all age groups.

D. AMÉRICO AGUIAR VISITED THE CDNJ AND CAR JAMOR IN THE FRAMEWORK OF A PASTORAL VISIT
As part of a Pastoral visit taking place at the Vigararia de Oeiras, from 5th January and 28th March, D. Américo Aguiar, Auxiliary Bishop of Lisbon, visited the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) and CAR Jamor.
COLLABORATE WITH THE CENTRO DESPORTIVO NACIONAL DO JAMOR (CDNJ) BY FILLING OUR SATISFACTION SURVEY
The evaluation of the satisfaction of users of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) (CDNJ), from high performance and federated sports, to those who use our space and our sports facilities for the practice of leisure sport, is an fundamental instrument to improve the quality of our sports facilities and the services we provide.
CDNJ WILL RECEIVE THE 2nd EDITION OF THE CROSS DO JAMOR
With the support of the Oeiras Municipality, the Lisbon Athletics Association and the Portuguese Institute of Sport and Youth, IP, the Cross do Jamor will take place on January 18th, from 2:30 pm, at the cross-country track of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor, taking place at the same time the Lisbon Short Cross-Country Championship.

In the year in which the National Stadium celebrated its 75 years of existence, several important interventions were planned for the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), with a view to improving the conditions of this sports complex.
FPA WILL HOLD THE CNE 2020 AT JAMOR NEXT SATURDAY
The Portuguese Athletics Federation organizes the National Road Championship 2020 next Saturday, January 11, at 2.30 pm, departing and arriving at the National Stadium of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ).
CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR - SCHEDULE CHANGES
As is usual in these holiday periods, there will be some changes in the schedules of the different sports facilities of the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ), during the Christmas and New Year periods.
